Every suite begins with a thoughtful design phase. We’ll collaborate on your vision, aesthetic, and event details before moving into a refined digital proof. Once approved, your design moves seamlessly into production.
All Paper & Posh designs are created with intention and care. While some designs may be inspired by past work, every suite is customized to reflect your event, style, and story—never mass-produced templates.
We’re happy to draw inspiration from styles you love. However, we do not replicate or copy existing designs. Our goal is to create something uniquely yours.
Yes. All orders include a detailed digital proof for review and approval before production begins.
Your digital suite preview showcases the final layout, colors, and overall composition of your invitation suite. This step ensures clarity and confidence before printing.
Printed samples are optional. Many clients feel confident approving their suite digitally, while others prefer a hands-on preview before production. A printed sample includes a physical representation of your invitation using your selected paper and finishes. Printed samples are available for $40 and are intended for preview purposes only.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin the design process, with the remaining balance due at delivery/pickup.
Most invitation suites are completed within approximately two weeks following final approval. Turnaround times may vary based on materials, finishes, and order volume.
We recommend ordering invitations at least 8–10 weeks before your desired mailing date to allow ample time for design, production, and assembly.
To ensure quality and consistency, Paper & Posh works exclusively with materials we source and test in-house.
Paper & Posh specializes in printed invitation suites. Digital-only files are not currently offered.
Changes requested after approval may require additional design time, reprints, or fees, depending on the stage of production.
